Dear Friends:
     Exciting things are happening for our human family during these times of personal and collective crisis.  Our consciousness is beginning to change, as it must.  But the process is not always easy. With birth comes pain. Yet pain has a purpose. It takes us deeper into our emotional body and calls us to heal our wounds, find our gifts, and step into our power.

I have been writing about and facilitating the work of love, healing and forgiveness for over 35 years. In the process, I have discovered what enables people to heal and make lasting changes in their lives (click to read more).     
     During the last three years I have developed a powerful new roadmap for psychological and spiritual transformation that shows us how to create genuine happiness in our lives.  This Roadmap is shared in a series of experiential weekend workshops now being offering in communities all over the world (click to learn more).
     My Spiritual Mastery Retreats offer a longer and more intensive experience for those who want to work deeply on transforming their consciousness from limited fear-based patterns to new patterns of love, trust and abundance. They are the cornerstone of my Nine Month Spiritual Odyssey Program that helps participants heal at depth, discover their gifts and step into their power and purpose on the planet.   I am also actively training therapists and teachers to help provide support for people in spiritual crisis.
