Real Happiness Brief Description

Genuine happiness is possible for all of us. There is no defect or deficiency in us that prevents us from being happy. However, there are false beliefs that need to be challenged and hurts that need to be healed so that we can open our hearts fully to love and to life.
IMAGINE what your life would be like if:

You loved yourself no matter what happened.

Real Happiness starts with your relationship with yourself. It requires radical self acceptance. It requires that you take others off the hook and begin to take responsibility for loving yourself. This workshop will help you
