Many of the men told us that this was the first time they had shared intimate details of their lives with other men. And many of the women told us that this was the first time in their lives they had felt so safe, free and authentic being in the company of men. Participants came to the retreat from all over the US, from Australia, the Netherlands, Canada and Germany. Many new and wonderful teachers joined the teacher certification and the spiritual mastery program. It is exciting to see how the work is taking root all over the world.

Never before have I felt so clearly the love energy with other people as at the Vermont retreat. The affinity process there had a very healing effect. I feel privileged to have participated in this retreat and to have shared with other people the healing moments of grace! I did a training/teambuilding last week with harbourlabourers of Rotterdam. This group of leaders were deeply touched by the energy which came into the group while we were talking and sharing about love and listening to each other without judgment! When I read Paul’s first email newsletter, I felt my body was ‘burning’ from inside and sweat was pouring out of my hands. At that moment there was a knowing inside of me that said (I recognized the voice/energy of Jesus): “This is a very special message!” Reading further my eyes were filled with tears and I knew I had to answer the call. So, I accepted the invitation to join the gathering in Florida in January.
Then my ego was trying to convince me that this was madness to go all the way from Holland to Florida for this. Old fears were coming up, but I told them that everything is all right and there is nothing to be afraid of. God is guiding me and I just have to follow my heart.

During the gathering I had such wonderful experiences with all of the participants. I knew and felt we were old soulmates coming now together to do our work. With some of the group I had such a profound connection that I cried for happiness. The private sessions I had with Paul and Debbie helped me to open/soften the block that was still in my chest. Now at home I still feel the after-effects of the energy in my chest as a soft tingling/pulsing. I also feel the energy is still working in my body as it further descends and fills every cell with love and understanding. Friends meeting me after the retreat perceive a deeper knowing in me and I find a kind of wisdom coming through me that I did not know that I had. Wow! I feel so blessed. I have tried to write about my experience after I left the retreat but just can't begin to express the divine love I received. It was soooo much! After the retreat I had a wonderful visit with my family, many hugs from my Dad, dancing lights in the night sky welcoming me, a shooting star, a huge crescent moon directly in front of my condo, sand dollars every where I walked on the beach and the most gorgeous sunset I have EVER seen! Before the retreat, I never could quite resonate with Rumi. I kinda felt like he was "over the top." But now "I Get It"! Rumi was in spiritual ecstasy and so was I. I appreciate so much the opportunity that was given me to feel safe, loved and accepted unconditionally. It helped me to allow myself to open my own heart to my wounded self and become aware of how I was ashamed of the hurt and heartache that I hide deeply inside myself. As we shared our innermost fears, the wounded child in each one of us was held with care and blessed with the miracle of unconditional love and acceptance. As we listened deeply to each other, trust blossomed, and the bonds of intimacy grew stronger.

I know I am a different person than I was before I entered the process which will continue to change my life. I brought back with me a willingness to let go, let the spirit direct me. I find myself embracing the healer in me and I've come to realize that it is my responsibility to share my gift. What you will learn at a retreat
|
|
|
|
Attending a Retreat is the first step in working toward participation in our Spiritual Mastery Program Our intention is to help you shift your consciousness from fear to love. In the process of making this shift, you will accomplish the following:
- identify and heal your core wounds, core beliefs, and reactive behavior patterns
- being to heal with others in an atmosphere of unconditional love and acceptance
- learn to love yourself radically and reclaim your innocence
- release deep-seated shame and feelings of unworthiness
- shift out of victim consciousness and relinquish abusive or codependent relationships
- take responsibility for your thoughts, feelings, words and actions
- establish healthy boundaries in your relationships
- overcome isolation, stop pushing love away, and connect with a spiritual family that can support you in coming into your full empowerment as a human being
All of this will not be accomplished at once. But every retreat you participate in will intensify your experience and lead you into deeper and deeper layers of healing. Some of the fruits of this work are:
- an open heart (removing the walls and blocks to love)
- greater capacity to give and receive love without conditions and create relationships of mutual love and acceptance.
- capacity to experience with God in both masculine and feminine expressions
- ability to actualize your creative potential and do what you love to do without fear or apology
- ability to understand your life purpose and the confidence to pursue it
